Emphasizing how your skills and experience fit the culture and activity of the company is essential, as is that you are honest and sincere about your motivations when explaining why you are interested in the position.
2. Why are you the ideal person for this job?
“This job is perfectly adapted to my skills. I am totally convinced that your company is ideal for my interests and abilities …”. When addressing specific job requirements, focus on highlighting what you can offer the company, rather than what they can do for you. Pick two of your best qualities that you think you are taking advantage of your opponents for the job and use them as compelling reasons for hiring you.
3. Why did you leave your previous job?
“I was feeling a bit stuck and decided that I needed new challenges that I didn’t have in my previous position.” “I was fired due to a company restructuring.” Whatever the reasons you decided to quit your previous job, avoid badmouthing your boss, it can seem unprofessional and unfair. Focus on the future and make sure you are positive and optimistic when talking about choosing your career goals.

5. What do you think are your weaknesses?
“Speaking in public is one of the phobias of many people, and I have to say that it is one of the areas in which I would especially like to improve, because I know that it is an important part of this work.” Although it is difficult, talking about one of the minor weaknesses, as long as it does not interfere with your ability to do the job, is the best way to answer this question. Try to mention areas that were previously weak spots, but where you have been working to improve successfully.
