Pakistan’s Government has announced three holidays from July 20th till July 22nd on the occasion of Eid ul Adha.
On Monday, July 12, 2021, the government of Pakistan has decided to give three days holidays to all over the country on the big occasion of Eid ul Adha. The three days holidays will start from July 20th to July 22nd while the government employees were expecting longer holidays as 9 days off on this occasion.
Eid ul Adha Holidays 2021 in Pakistan
The Eid ul Adha month was started on July 12 and the Eid will on July 21. Hence the government of Pakistan has announced three days off on the Eid ul Adha occasion from July 20 to July 22 but the sources said that the Interior Ministry gave the report to the Prime Minister Imran Khan with the suggestion of giving four days off.
The PM refuses this summary and announced only three days off on the Eid ul Adha 2021. And at the third day of Eid the all government and private sectors will resume their work. However, the government employees want to get more holidays they were expecting to get nine days off on this Eid.
Every one was expecting the Eid ul Adha official off will start from Saturday, July 17 but the government has announced the off days from July 20 to July 22. In these three holidays, one off day on July 20 is Hajj Holiday and the remaining two off for Eid ul Adha. But the government employees were expecting for one Hajj holiday, three Eid off days from July 21, 22, and 23, and the offices will reopen from July 25 after enjoying the weekend.
No official announcement has been proposed by the government of Pakistan yet. So still the official Eid off days has announced from July 20 to July 22.
